DESCRIPTION

Built in the 1920s, this immaculate vintage coastal townhome was rebuilt and remodeled with top-quality workmanship and materials and then detailed to perfection.

Guests here will enjoy blue water views from nearly every room with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop. Enter the home through the charming Dutch door to a living room with rich hardwood plank flooring, contrasted against classic white wainscoting and trim. The charming living area features a plush sectional with a full-size fold-out bed, a cozy fireplace, and a 65" OLED smart TV.

French doors lead to an enclosed private patio with seating, built-in gas BBQ grill and a table for Al Fresco dining with the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Adjacent to the living room is a dining nook with a table and chairs leading to the gourmet galley kitchen with stone countertops, hardwood cabinetry, and a professional-grade stainless steel appliance package. A convenient workspace with an ocean view and half bath is located between the kitchen and a back door that leads to a spacious enclosed common area courtyard with ocean views.

Upstairs leads to 3 sleeping rooms and a spacious laundry. The primary suite features an Eastern king bed, a walk-in closet, 55" OLED smart TV, and a sitting area with ocean views. The en-suite bathroom comes with dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.

Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and bedroom 3 comes with an XL twin bed. A hall bathroom with dual-sink vanity and shower serves both bedrooms.

Windanseaside is located on a picturesque stretch of San Diego`s coastline and is home to jaw-dropping sunsets. Walk down to a beautiful sandy beach with two-point breaks to the north and to the south.
