This lovely villa is located in Frigate Bay and has lovely views of the sun sets and the Caribbean Sea.  There is parking for two vehicles in front of the villa.  There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and a family room that was added.  The two bedrooms are located on the upper level which are quite spacious and have lovely views to the water.  The bedrooms and family room have air conditioning and there are hurricane shutters on some of the windows.  The is an alarm system and  an extended plunge pool.  On the site there is also a central pool and tennis court for use.  The kitchen is an Italian design with upgraded appliances – Some of which are brand new.  Cable, internet and water are included.  For short term electricity and cleaning are included.  The rate is US$260/night for short term with a minimum of 5 nights.
