Surfview 2

We loved our time at Surf view 2! The house has everything we needed to be comfortable and content. The kids had so much fun hanging out in the game room! It was an easy short walk to the beach. We loved our stay!

My friends and I LOVED this home. Plenty of space for everyone, and very comfy beds. We had beautiful sunset views over the coastline and had these giant 2 bald eagles who stayed right outside our house the entire weekend and they were very cool to watch. Was a brief walk to the beach. We got a bit of an ice storm (vacationing in January will do that to you) but the views were just as pretty and we were nice and cozy in the house and very much enjoyed our little mini staycation.

It was a great place and they had everything there. I was able to cook and host Christmas for 15 people. Thank you for a great stay.

A nicely updated, comfortable, well-stocked home. We enjoyed watching eagles, deer and bunnies from the 2nd-floor deck. The first floor has a game room with something for everyone. The beach is a short walk down the path. We had a great time and would definitely rent through Bloomer Estates again.

Such an amazing house. We had 2 adults and 5 teens. Location can’t be beat in the dunes short walk to the ocean. The teens had a blast in the game room. They were thoroughly entertained. Lots of space to spread out. Everything was really clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at Surfview 2. It is by far the most equipped vacation home we have stayed in. If you're wanting to cook you will find everything you need in the kitchen. Our kids loved the DVD collection too. We were extremely pleased! Bloomer Estates also checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Our extended family gathered on Long Beach for the week after Christmas. The location is great and the access to the beach was wonderful. The house was clean when we arrived but is suffering from its exposure to the winter weather so close to the Pacific.

We have stayed at Surfview 2 several times in the past few years. We love it! The house is big enough for the whole family and there are lots of things for kids of all ages to do at the house!! Inside there are games, an arcade console, and a pool table. Outside there is a volleyball court, tether ball, horseshoes, a playground and a small soccer field as well as disc-golf. Of course the ocean is a short walk away through the beautiful dunes. Eagles perch in view of the living room and quite often there is a gorgeous sunset. Surfview 2 is one of our favorite places to stay when the whole family gathers together! We highly recommend!!

Great vacation home for extended family reunion

This was the second time we rented this property, five years ago for Mom’s 85th birthday and this year for her 90th. The remodel done earlier this year is beautiful. The amenities provided exceeded or expectations.
The property fit the needs of our extended family members (11) with plenty of parking for guests to attend her birthday lunch on Saturday.
One of my granddaughters learned to play pool and the password protected WiFi was enjoyed by the other three.
The .3 mile walk to the beach took a bit of time but the beach was wonderful. We saw deer, a few bald eagles and a dearth of bunnies.
I would definitely rent this home again.

This was a long time vacation planned since 2019 and rescheduled twice due to COVID-19. Robbie and his staff were all magnificent to work with, they went above and beyond to help us navigate this process. The house was very organized, clean and updated. It was stocked with everything you could need. The game room downstairs was a huge hit. It was nice not having neighbors right next to you. The playground was a hit with my grandkids. Be prepared it is a walk to the beach, but a very easy trail to walk.

Our families had an amazing time! There was so much for kids to do and parents could relax. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and playing outside. I love the emails that Boomer sent with tips and advice on what to do. We spent time in town. Would love to come back in the summer!

This was a great place in a perfect location. We loved the walk to the beach. Lots of space and bathrooms for our 9 guests. We loved having the recreation room to hang out and even great views while doing so. Also appreciated the small table in the kitchen for preparing and serving food, then a nice big table for all to gather. My son was especially happy to see the disc golf in the yard! Perfect family hang out spot! We had an issue with having no water which our host had fixed the next morning. We hope to return here someday for a family vacation.

This was the perfect location for a family getaway. Five adults and three children co-existed comfortably for five days. The downstairs kept the kids happy when they weren't at the beach, and snacks were kept in the mini-kitchen that was adjacent to the play area.
Upstairs provided a beautiful view of the ocean, from inside or outside on the deck. The kitchen was well appointed - we found everything we needed for cooking & baking: pots, pans, knives, etc., as well as various coffee makers (Keurig, French press & drip machines).
A big surprise was the washer and dryer - those are the largest I've seen in a rental! And, yes, we did use them.
When clam season begins again, we will plan another trip to this property. It is exceptional because: (1) the manager was responsive to requests and questions, (2) the secluded location was a welcome feature, (3) the property is well-maintained and appointed, (4) there is an outdoor clam cleaning station, and (5) (quite simply) it felt like home.
We recommend highly this property.

This house was a great place to escape with kids. It had plenty of things for them to do indoors since it was so stormy our entire stay. They were able to play outside on the playset, which was a huge hit, and all the other fun stuff for a few hours between rain storms. The house was great, ocean view, nice path to ocean, plenty of room for the 10 of us. The only thing that may be a problem for future guests with kids would be that there is only one bath/tub combo in the top floor master. The description says there are 2 others but those have been converted into showers only. It was fine for us the kiddos all just used our bathroom, but others guests comfort levels may not be the same. Other then that this house has everything you need for a relaxing stay with the family. We can't wait to book our next stay here.

We had an wonderful week long stay at Surfview 2. The house had everything we needed and the 2nd kitchen was perfect with extended family. Everything was very clean and the beds were really comfortable.

The kids were able to enjoy all the amenities, both inside and out. And just a short walk to the beach. There was so much to keep busy. We even managed to put together a couple of the puzzles they had on site.

Hopefully, we will have the opportunity again in the future.

The property had an excellent location and the walk straight out to the beach was lovely! The home was equipped very well with almost everything your could imagine needing in the kitchen from dishes to various small appliances - more than we have ever seen in other homes we have rented.

We rented Surfview 2 for my husband's 70th birthday. Most of the kids and grandkids came and there was plenty of room and plenty to do. The game room with the pool table and table tennis was a big hit. We were walking distance from the beach and spent several hours there. We had a problem with the remotes on the TV, but a representative from Bloomer Estates sent someone right away to take care of it. The customer service was excellent. It was especially nice to speak to Kathy who called me back in good time and she was very friendly. Thank you everyone at Bloomer Estates! We will recommend you to our friends!

About 12 of us, perfect house and outside station to clean razor clams. Will probably rent this house again!

Great accommodations including comfortable beds, well stocked cookware, pool table and hoops got well used during the rainy times. Overall great weather (a bonus in Oct). A bundle of firewood would have been a nice perk but we found some at the Thriftway.

We rented both 2 and 3 for a large family get-together and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their space or be together. For being pet friendly and at the beach the properties were exceptionally clean! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty for kids to do both inside and out.

Big house with amazing views. Clean. It had everything we needed. Lots of dishes, pots, pans, towels. Direct path to the beach. About a 5 minute drive to town/restaurants. I recommend eating at The Lost Roo. Bring your own dvds or rent from the Red Box at Sid’s. Also, bring your own Bluetooth speaker for music. Loved the pool table (we were going to play ping pong too, but the table top was very heavy). I would recommend this place for families or multi-families. Lots of entertainment for kids/teens.

We had a great time, all 10 of us. House is well stocked, clean and comfortable. Ton's of activities for all ages and the trail to the beach was used quite a few times over our stay. Really our only issue was figuring out light switches and the lack of lighting in the kitchen cooking area.

Enjoyed a 5 star experience at this beach house rental this past weekend. Lots of games both inside and out keep adults and kids busy. Nice private trail to the nearby beach for beach walks. Lots of space inside to relax with family. Large dining table that easily accommodates all guests at one sitting for meals. Our only suggestion would be to add more lighting in the upstairs kitchen for the cooks. Enjoyed the second refrigerator downstairs that helps store food for large family events. Highly recommend this to others desiring a stay at the beach.

I rented this house to have my family join me for celebration of my birthday. It was a great place for the 11 of us and 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs! We really had a great time over the 4 days that we stayed. The house is nicely divided so that I had a room to myself downstairs with my dogs, along with all of the kids in another room. I brought along an Xpen to place at the bottom of the stairs to limit time that the dogs were allowed upstairs. There is a door at the top of the stairs that can be shut but I preferred that the dogs not be on the stairs unless I was taking them up. All the games downstairs were great for both kids and adults & all rotated through them at different times over the weekend. They also enjoyed the outdoor play areas with a rousing game of family soccer followed by volleyball before it got too dark to play. The house had plenty of towels for everyone and all said that their beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation and serving. It rained 3 of the 4 days we stayed so it was awesome to have the games downstairs, as well as puzzles and games upstairs and tv's to use. There were a couple of lights burned out/not working, but nothing essential: one of the two lighting the stair case, one in the downstairs hallway, and one in the livingroom lamp by the door out to the deck. I LOVED all the night lights: very effective. It would have been nice to have a row of hooks indoors downstairs to hang wet jackets and dog towels. Also would have been nice to have a dry push mop for cleaning up sand and dog hair (one of my dogs was shedding excessively) but I found a broom and that helped. It was awesome for me to be able to unload my car downstairs, putting drinks and snacks in the downstairs refrigerator, and then having family help to move what we needed upstairs for food preparation. I LOVE that there were recycling bins both upstairs and down. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family gathered in this home for my 53 Birthday. If it isn't enough having all my kids and grandkids under one roof the home provided comfort to us all. We organized our meals ahead and each shared cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen that is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. The rooms are comfortable, fun family activities toys for the kids my grandkid loved the container of dinosaurs in fact the Dinasoars ate
Breakfast with us one morning When I got home I went to get a continaner of dinosaurs for my house. The peaceful views are so calming. This is a lovely place and we have been all over the world and it's nice to go somewhere special in our own state. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

We rented Surfview 1 and 2 for our family reunion. The two houses accommodated our group nicely and having them right next to each other was a bonus. We rented the same two houses about 4 years ago and liked them enough to come back again this year. Both houses had some great upgrades this time and we were thrilled with them. The extra kitchen items were very appreciated and made cooking our meals so much easier! The decks give an amazing view and the addition of the firepit and outdoor play areas for the kids were great. The game room was a big hit with all the kids, big and small. It helped keep them occupied throughout our stay.

This was a fantastic beach house for our family reunion! It is very spacious and extremely "kid friendly". There is a ton to do and the view is gorgeous. We were close to a rode where you could drive right up to the beach, or you can take the beautiful walk through the long grass to the beach. The only thing that family members complained about was the lack of internet. Since we came in for the 4th of July, the town was packed with guests and WiFi was nearly impossible to access anywhere. I assume that when it's not holidays the WiFi is fine, but that was the only negative! Great house overall and I can't overstate how perfect this rental is if you have children. Thank you for a great stay!

These homes were incredible. Perfect for large families. I have never seen a kitchen so stocked with every possible pan, plate, utensils, coffee makers and baking items. Having pool, ping pong, pop a shot and toys was a great addition. With the weather in Long Beach, you never know, so it is great to have inside options to play. They really go all out to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Spent the weekend in Long Beach for razor clamming. The house was the perfect size, comfortable, close to the beach, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of entertainment downstairs. Extra clam guns provided and a great tip to head north for better clamming from the owner!

Great return stay at Surf View 2. House was clean and had better kitchen/cookware than first trip (rice cooker, crock pot, more pots, pans, etc)... Had to move original reservation out one week, which was very easy do.

More wildlife this trip (same season) Deer, Coyote, Hawks out in the dunes seen from living room, walks to beach.

This house was where we had our family reunion at. It was extremely well stocked. There were plenty of plates and silverware and any cooking item you may want or need. Everything was nice and clean and fresh. Unlike a lot of vacation rentals that have a lot of old items. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home had every amenity that you could imagine. The style/layout of the home fit my family perfectly and was as advertised. To my surprise the management even acknowledged my mother's birthday with balloons and an african violet. I believe we will return next year. We received great customer service when a minor maintenance issue arose. We spent most of our time at the house or on the beach. The weather was spectacular for the Washington coast. We had dinner at Dooger's and the food was great. The kids/grandkids really enjoyed the rides in downtown Long Beach and ice cream at Scooper's. My sister's family was pleased with the house and guest house they rented. I highly recommend Bloomer Estates.

This is a great house with every cooking utensil you could ask for! Lots of thoughtful amenities, a whole downstairs game room for the kids with a separate little kitchen as well. Dog friendly and clean as a whistle. A few ants here and there, but that's what you get near the dunes! Management was extremely accommodating and concerned about our Comfort and wonderful to work with. The view from the upstairs was excellent and the security was great. No one can get to your upstairs deck unless through a double locked vestibule. Smart! Loved it. Recommend a million percent for families with kids and a dog. Lot of stairs though, so not ada friendly. Thanks for a great stay!!
