Sea Oats #102C is a two bedroom, two baths condo with a beautiful unobstructed beach view from the balcony and living room. The unit sits on 6 acres and is very family friendly. Enjoy private beach access to a quieter part of the Gulf Shores beaches. If the childern aren't done with the water after a full day at the beach, rinse off the sand at the shower located on the private beach access and head to one of the two on-site pools. Full kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster and all cooking utensils. Living room has flat screen TV and DVD player with a double size fold out couch that sleeps 2 and doorway leading to the balcony. Master bedroom has king size bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. Master bath has full size tub with shower combo. The second bedroom has a Captain's bed with a full size bed over a qeen that sleeps 4 with access to the balcony. Two fold out beds are provided for extra sleeping. Private covered parking and additional parking is provided. Bring your jet ski or boat and enjoy playing or fishing in the lagoon. Park your boat into 1 of the over 32 boat slips on the property. No worries on where to launch your ski or boat there is a private launch on the property. We also have fish cleaning stations on the piers. Let the children play or fish while you grill on one of the many grills on the piers. Enjoy eating under one of the gazebos or many picnic tables that are located on the lagoon side. If cooking isn't what you want to do after a full day on the beach, try one of the many restaurants located just a few miles away. Other activities nearby incule: the longest zip-line course in the SE, Waterville water park, dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, inshore fishing trips, or shop at one of the largest outlet mall in the bordering states. So much to do you will want to stay forever!!
