The open concept living room, dining room & kitchen makes for a large, comfortable space for your family to relax and enjoy. The bedrooms offer a desirable split floor plan separating the master bedroom suite from the two guest bedrooms. The combination of convenient location, stylish interior design, and proximity to amenities like shops and restaurants makes it a desirable choice for individuals or families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation or long-term stay.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

    We loved this home in a quiet but friendly neighborhood. The large deck overlooking a small lake was lovely, and the home had beautiful furnishings and was probably the best equipped of all of our previous rentals. I would love to rent this again, but we are currently refurbishing our own condo on the island.
