Being on the 19th floor, the condo provides amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, low enough to hear the ocean waves but high enough above the neighboring buildings to have miles of unobstructed view of the island's beautiful beach both north and south. This condo is privately owned and immaculately maintained. With its 10 and 12 foot ceilings throughout, you have expansive views from the master bedroom and from the living room windows. There are two private patios, one faces east towards the gulf, and one faces west towards the bay so you can enjoy both the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Each patio has seating for 4 with tables. There is an electric grill in the back patio as well for your BBQ needs. 

This condo is fully furnished to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom and the living room have their own large screen Smart TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. The living room also includes an Xbox 360 with games and a sound bar. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and very comfortable oversized mattresses. The master bedroom has a large king sized bed with oversized luxurious mattress, 12 foot ceilings and an oversized (10 foot tall) window with a picturesque view of the beach, large dresser, 47" flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, accent chair, large walk-in closet.  Also includes blackout shades for those who like to sleep in. We provide you with beach/sand toys, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs, and a cooler with wheels. Other items provided are an iron and iron board, board games, book library, Cable TV, Wifi, Xbox game system with games included.  A full size washer and dryer are available in the unit in a separate utility closet. Having rented many condos ourselves in various beaches all over the US and Mexico, we took into consideration how to best meet your expectations.

Condo property includes a Texas size whirlpool that sits next to a crystal clear swimming pool that together reach out 300 feet towards the beach – perfect for play or lap swimming.
