Sandpiper is a three-story, low density (48 units) beach front condo complex on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Sandpiper 1C is a newly furnished and professionally decorated condo. This complex offers a seasonally heated outdoor pool and deck area. Sandpiper 1-C is a two-bedroom, two bath, third level condo. The master suite features a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV (with Netflix, etc), a king size bed, and a private bath. Bedroom #2 features a flat screen TV and two full sized beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this condo to sleep up to 8 guests. Other features include: well-equipped kitchen, dining table which seats 6, WfFi, and a washer & dryer. This condo was recently renovated and is fully-equipped with just about everything you'll need to make your dream vacation possible! Each stylishly decorated condominium opens onto a continuous deck which overlooks our beautifully landscaped courtyard, BBQ area, and private pool. Although this complex is beach front, the building is situated perpendicular to the beach. Unit 1-C is on the north side of the complex so there is no beach view from the condo. However, if you open the door, and step onto the balcony, the beautiful beach comes into view. Covered parking is available under the building, with additional parking spaces along each side of Sandpiper.
