Sip an icy sunset drink on one of many private balconies suspended over the Gulf. Then, after eating dinner with your favorite people, go for an evening swim under the stars in your private pool or settle in for a movie night in the living area.

With its crisp, classic interiors and roomy layout, our beach house is perfect for multi-family vacations and memorable group reunions. Renters must be over 27 years of age (no spring breakers or other student groups permitted). No wire transfers.
The Living Space
Enter a spacious Great Room with plush seating, a 75” Smart TV, high ceilings, and massive windows to fully immerse you in your Gulf-front experience. The nearby dining area features three 12-foot dining tables, so no one will be left out of the group feast. Another Smart TV (65”) in the dining area is great for slideshows or presentations (or watching the game while you eat).
Mix a cocktail at the wet bar and toast to the paradise that is beach life. With plenty of seating throughout, everyone can spend time together and find time to themselves.

The Pearl is fully equipped and stocked to be your culinary home away from home… if your home had 3 of everything, that is. Yep, we have 3 fridges, 3 dishwashers, and multiple cooktops and ovens, all in modern stainless steel. You’ll also find granite countertops, and all the essentials for your morning coffee. Gather around the banquet-style dining tables and take in Gulf views to beat any restaurant. No reservations required!
The Pearl also has a gas grill out on the deck—perfect for post-beach burgers! You won’t even have to worry about refilling the propane; we’ve taken care of every detail of your experience here.

This centrally located Gulf Shores escape puts you right in the center of everything. Outdoor activities (other than the beach, of course!) range from low-key pursuits like golf and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining over the dunes, Wildlife-lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, dolphin-watching cruises, and The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo. Visitors love Gulf State Park for its beaches, trails, and pier. And that’s just the beginning!

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: A (180) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than (180) days prior to the arrival date will incur a flat 10% cancellation penalty on the base rental amount before fees, but cancellations made less than (180) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full 25% initial reservation payment. Cancellations or changes that are made within (120) days of the arrival date, will result in forfeiture of full payment. This includes the initial reservation payment, rent, taxes and fees.
·Please note: our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments such as illnesses, mandatory hurricane evacuations and similar events that can affect your trip.
·NO REFUNDS: are issued for cancellations or early departure due to inclement weather or personal circumstances inside the cancellation date range. Guests purchasing travel insurance should consult their insurance provider directly to see if they qualify for a refund.
We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is available through our online booking site. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Deposit Policy
INITIAL RESERVATION PAYMENT: An initial reservation payment in the amount of 25% of the entire trip cost including base rent and all fees is payable at the time this lease is booked and will be applied towards the balance of the rent. Whether or not rent has been paid in full, the Initial Reservation Payment of 25% of total trip cost becomes non-refundable, 180 days in advance of arrival. You will be asked to pay the initial reservation payment by Credit Card at the end of this online booking process.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of the rent is due 120 days before you arrive. Please mail check for final balance to P.O.Box 2868, Gulf Shores, AL 36547-2868. Final Payment is made by check. The payee information and address will also be on your confirmation email that will be emailed to you. If you are booking this within 120 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking.

Great place on a an absolutely beautiful beach. Every room had a bathroom
Which was awesome for hosting a company offsite
Spent one full week here with my family for the holidays. The beach was gorgeous, the house was clean and spacious, and we got the pool heated, which was just lovely. Would definitely return! It was everything I hoped it would be and much more.
Had my wedding here and it was more perfect than I ever could imagined! We’ll definitely be back as immediate family yearly!

Lives up to all expectations. No disappointments. Well appointed, beautifully designed, and functional for a large group. Everyone was comfortable and had their own suites. The Pearl can adapt to business or vacation configurations. We had a wonderful time.

This was a magnificent home and our sorority couldnt have chosen a more wonderful pl a ce to celebrate our anniversary. The owner provided every amenity, ( doble and triple appliances); it was very convenient, yet offered the quiet and privacy we wanted. Mahalo nui loa ( thank you very much) for being incredible hosts.
This is one of the most well built vacation properties I’ve ever stayed in. The entire house is very well thought off.
1. Well equipped kitchen( Three dishwashers, two microwaves, coffee machines, ice machines and tons of utensils, silverware, coffee mugs).
2. Very private and beautiful beach .Surrounding houses are well spaced. Decent size heated pool facing the ocean.
3. More than half the bedrooms are Ocean facing. Clean sheets and tons of towels.
4. Reasonable choice of nearby restaurants that will deliver.
5. Property management was easily accessible and responds very promptly.
All in all, would come here again and again.

When you can get a "WOW" from every person who entered the home - you know you knocked it out of the park! The home was not only decked out with beautiful pieces it was clean and functional. You thought of everything! Some of my favorites: little things like the circle bathroom window allowing a sneak peek to the beautiful ocean - Ice Machines - wet bars - private bathrooms – a guest bathroom - private balconies – dens on each level - thermostat for each floor - top-notch place! If you love luxury - this is for you.

Our family of 23 had a great time at this house. It had tons of room for everybody. Enough room for everybody to sit down to eat at the same time was a plus. The beds were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home.

Photos do this place no justice. It is breathtaking from the time you pull in the driveway. They have missed nothing in the details. They provided all of the essentials...towels, coffee, toilet tissue. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. The furniture and decor were well placed and very nice. The owner is very easy to contact and any issues that we had were addressed within 15 min. The property is well maintained and we will be back.

Shelley, thank you so so much for the kind review! We hope you and your family and friends can come stay with us again soon!! To all future guests, the cleaning company we use provides 6 bath towels per bathroom and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. They do not leave any coffee, coffee filters, spices etc, these were left from a previous guest and not removed during the turnover. We just want all guests to know what to expect when packing, all this info is also included in the access info email sent to guest prior to each stay. We provide bath towels, but guests should pack beach towels and any toiletries. Thank you!!
"The Pearl exceeded all of our expectations!"
We were blown away by the pictures of the Pearl and had high hopes and The Pearl did not disappoint!! The attention to detail and the quality of the house is top notch!! The layout, which includes an elevator to each floor, provides space for everyone to be together around the massive kitchen island or on the incredible deck, but there were also dens on each floor that gave the kids and others their own space during the week, and we were all grateful for that! We all had beautifully designed and spacious rooms with either a gulf view or view of the lagoon. The beds we agreed were THE most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental home!! The linens were clean and luxurious as well as the bathrooms with top notch fixtures and lighting. I was blown away with the quality of things they provided us during our stay from the kitchen appliances to the TVs in every single room and furniture everything was beautiful and comfortable. We felt very at home here and can not wait to come back to the Pearl. Let’s not forget about the pool!! So fun for everyone, and we were particularly grateful for the design of the large steps across the entire shallow end for the smaller children. I would recommend this home to large families and groups of all ages who want a luxury retreat in Gulf Shores. You will not be disappointed at The Pearl!
