You will jump Over the Moon when you vacation in this beautiful oceanfront home. This house provides luxurious accommodations, with a group-friendly layout, and amenities for everyone to enjoy. This spectacular property offers three levels of living space, and nine bedrooms, eight of which have private baths. The elevator is a great addition to help move around this large home - bringing all of your luggage and groceries in upon arrival is just as easy as it can be. The spacious first level is home to five bedrooms, each with king suites and a private bath. An ocean-facing bedroom includes access to the deck, for enjoying the beautiful ocean view and breezes. For added convenience, there is a gathering area in which to relax as well as a wet bar for additional beverage storage and grabbing a cool drink. There is access to the pool, hot tub, and pool cabana too. You can enjoy a game of pool in the game room, which is great for cooling off after spending time outside on the decks and the beach.

The second floor features an open layout with expansive views of the ocean across the entire east wall. The dining area can accommodate all 30 guests, and the kitchen is well prepared to handle cooking for this size of a group with two ovens, two refrigerators, a microwave, and cabinets, plus all the utensils, cookware, and gadgets you need to make a memorable meal. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. The beautiful flooring is matched by the stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counters, and the plush decor in the living area is a fantastic frame for your vacation memories. Your family and friends will relax in the comfortable seating in the open living area while watching a game or movie on the large TV and feeling the warmth of the electric fireplace. And they'll enjoy easy access to the huge ocean deck that spans the entire back of the home. Hours of sunshine and shade are yours to enjoy while watching the dolphins and pelicans play. The three bedrooms located on the second level are suites, with private baths for convenience. The third floor finishes this incredible property with a theater room as well as a king bedroom, and a bath accessible to both. Ending your day in the privacy of your very own movie theater is sure to be a highlight of your stay at over the moon! You'll have TVs throughout, plus free WiFi, a private pool, a hot tub, a pool cabana, a theater room, a game room with a pool table, an elevator, and a gas grill.

We have stayed in this home for three years now, and will be returning in 2021. The location is fantastic, and the house is perfect for our family.

Our family vacation was wonderful with all of us staying very close to the house and enjoying the beach and the pool. There were some issues that had to be taken care of, but the maintaince people were great!!

What an Outstandingly Gorgeous Home....Just Perfection! The week was fantastic! We were a group of 13 an everyone had a fabulous week!!! When there were any maintenance or swimming pool issues ( c/o Hurricane Dorian) they were acknowledged and corrected. Everyone was splendid and lovely to work with. We are heading back next year...WOOHOO!!!!!!! Thank you also Matthew!! I love you all!!!
