The villa is very well equipped and the well ventilated interior spaces include 2 king size bedrooms on the main level that have both exterior and interior access and fabulous designer en-suite bathrooms, while the 3rd king size bedroom is located on a lower level accessed by an exterior stairway.
The villa offers a spacious open floor plan with living area (air conditioned) and gourmet kitchen. The villa offers a lovely, heated infinity lap pool and terraces at the front and back, perfect for lounging and alfresco dining.
Orient Sunrise is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping including various types of Palm trees, orchids, and a plethora of flowers. Just a short 5 minutes down the hill brings you to the fun filled Orient beach and its bars, restaurants, shops, and water sports. Grand Case, the gourmet capitol of the island is only 10 minutes away.
