The living room offers great space with a two-sided gas fireplace and new furnishings. There is a comfortable sofa sleeper and a gorgeous stone dining table that will seat 6. With a fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy meals in the comfort of your own home space. Or, if you prefer to eat out, you are only steps to many dining options.
Just off the main living area, there is a spacious outdoor balcony with beautiful open views and the large glass door offers great light. There is a 55” Smart TV with Xfinity/Comcast programming. The whole home offer FREE wireless internet.
This home boasts TWO master suites! The first-floor master suite has a King-sized bed, an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower and a TV. The second-floor master suite also has a King-sized bed, a large walk-in shower and a TV.
The home has full heat for cold mountain evenings and central air conditioning for warm summer days. There is an in-home washer and dryer to freshen towels or dry ski clothes.
The Newpark Terrace townhomes are situated above the Newpark retail space with eastern views across the Swaner Nature Preserve to the nearby ski resorts and western views over Newpark’s Main Street and the Utah Olympic Park. The complex is gated for privacy and, for you to enjoy, there is a common outdoor fire pit, dining, lounge and BBQ area on the south end.
Newpark is Park City’s most convenient community allowing guests walking access to numerous amenities including shopping, dining, cinema, bowling, nightlife, health-clubs, trail systems, grocery, banks, a state liquor store, public transit and more.
The home is just a couple of minutes walk to the Basin Recreation for Fitness, Hot Tub, Lap Pool, Batting cages, Golf Simulator and More! Day passes are available at the front desk.

A Smooth Stay with Moose Management
by Gail T.Booking through Moose Management was great. We had a little bit of a challenge figuring out how to get to the condo. But after we found it everything was smooth sailing. The condo was very spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms were big. The Condo was so clean and a comfortable place to stay. About 15-20 min from Main Street, Park City. It was very convenient. I would 100% recommend this condo. Thank you for providing a great place to stay

...It was super clean and everything you need is in the condo...
by Nathan P.Everything was as expected and described for this property. It was super clean and everything you need is in the condo. The private garage was also a great bonus in that we didn't have to take out and put back all of our personal belongings each and every day. The condo is surrounded by everything you would need for the trip including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shopping. It was a short 10 minute drive to Park City base, 5 minutes to the Canyons, and about 15-20 minutes to downtown PC and Deer Valley. Overall it was a great place and price and would gladly stay here again.
