Mare Blu Villa is a striking addition to St. John's beautiful landscape. From a hillside on the exclusive Rendezvous Bay overlooking the majestic south shore,
this colorful villa mirrors the dramatic hues of the Caribbean scenery that inspired it. Mare Blu is considered an innovative, luxurious, and high tech villa with Caribbean flare. The villa was built on a hill above the turquoise waters of Rendezvous Bay, looking south, with scenic views that stretch from the east end of St. John to St. Croix, 40 miles across the blue waters of the Caribbean.
This illustrious, well-equipped villa makes the most of its locale, with every room situated to view the majestic vistas of the bay below. Mare Blu features sophisticated design, top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, luxury hypoallergenic bedding, and the best of everything for your vacation pleasures. On the estate, privacy is well maintained by tall tree lines and tropical landscaping. Being just a short drive to Cruz Bay and to a multitude of gorgeous National Park beaches, Mare Blu is well-located and offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.
BACK-UP POWER:
There is a generator with automatic transfer switch. If the electric power goes off, the generator will start in 3 seconds and the power in the villa will be restored.
Weddings or special event functions are accepted up to 30 people max.
Special event fee is $2500 no matter the amount of people attending the event.
An additional security deposit of $1500 will be held on account for 30 days in addition to the standard security deposit.
Special event must be insured.
Villa comes provisioned with supplies for up to 12 guests only.
Any special event will require rented items and an event coordinator for the day of the event.
Event waivers and liability forms will be completed prior to check in for rentals hosting any special event on property.
All amplified music must end at 10pm. This includes Any DJ with additional speakers that do not belong to Mare Blu.
