Relax, Fish and Enjoy your stay in this ground level 2 bedroom, 2 bath half-duplex. This Home has easy access to the bay and the Ocean. There is a total of 35' of step down dock space with a fish cleaning table, ladder as well as a bait freezer for storing your catch. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two double beds. There is a TV in the living room and the guest bedroom. Internet service is also provided. Owners added 2 double kayaks and 2 single, three bikes, as well as a corn hole game outback.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

As stated above, Jessy answered all our questions immediately both both to and during the stay. We had only one small maintenance issue and she had a maintenance tech there within hours.

Loved, loved, loved Lou and Mary's getaway. 2023 was a super stressful year and we needed to relax and recharge for 2024. This was the perfect place for that. The area offers ample opportunity to relax or be as active as you want.It's a safe place to walk/run, bike, kayak, fish, etc. Sunsets are amazing and different every night. The surrounding restaurants were so good with many varieties of fresh fish. The house itself was roomy for our 4 adults, with everything we needed, including the gas grill, beach chairs and beach towels. We found
the duplex neighbors to be very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Jessy, thank you for being so responsive. We are sorry about the yard waste mix up. We were very attentive to the trash pick up rules, and assumed that the lawn service company understood the rules also. We look forward to returning next year.

We enjoyed our time at Lou and Mary's and KCB. The community is very quiet and friendly and the home has lots of amenities. The set up is great if you want some quiet time out back, or taking off for the day to explore the keys. The connected neighbors are very friendly and the "singers" at Sunset Beach were very welcoming. We enjoyed watching the manatees, stingrays, and jelly fish each day swimming in the canal. We would definitely recommend this home, and are looking forward to returning in the future.

Our family had an amazing time at Lou and Mary's Getaway. The place was spotless and the floors sparkling clean. The kitchen has every amenity you could think of including a lobster pot! Our family loved fishing off the dock and playing corn hole, riding bikes through Key Colony and enjoying private Inch Beach. Truly a wonderful vacation and I can't to return. Thank you for making this trip to the Keys a stress free holiday.

Ample pots, pans, plates, etc. It is ideal having a bait freezer on the back porch. Plus the fish cleaning station on the dock was convenient- and the dock itself is great. Location is perfect whether you want to be on the ocean side or gulf. Plus, it is wonderful having a washer and dryer to use! We really enjoyed our stay here.
