Don’t miss "Lighthouse Lookout" this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom near-beach piling home on the desirable east end of Sanibel. Featuring cathedral ceilings and a large second story loft area, updated kitchen and baths, and lots of great outdoor space, this wonderful island home has a great open floor plan and is perfect for a vacation home or vacation rental. The loft area is currently set up as a 4th bedroom but can be a 2nd living area, den, office, playroom, etc. A large screened deck overlooking the caged pool and spa offers a lovely outdoor space, while an open deck off the master bedroom is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, (sleeps 8). Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, covered parking. Pets allowed (1 Small dog only, up to 25 lbs.). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.

    As a whole we were satisfied with our stay, loved the closeness to the beach and the pool got cleaner each week, however the general condition of the house was not good for the price that we paid. The exterior paint, railings and the windows needed work. The windows were extremely dirty inside and out, which we washed what we could reach. Beds were fine but living room furniture needs a thorough cleaning. The garage was unusable on rainy days because of a deep layer of mud on the cement. As for landscaping - there is none. I still would recommend to a friend - knowing the condition ahead of time.
