3 bedroom 2 bath Tahoe Donner Ski Bowl condominium with loft located next to the Tahoe Donner ski hill. Ski in and ski out! Backs to national forest and trails, just a few steps from the ski hill. Ski, snowboard, hike or mountain bike out of your back door! Newly remodeled clubhouse for Ski Bowl condo owners and their guests. There is a one car garage for parking and parking pass for the second car.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed that sleeps 2
- Bedroom #2: Queen size and twin size beds, sleeps 3, television and DVD player/VCR
- Bedroom #3: Two twin size beds, sleeps 2
- Bathroom #1: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, toilet, and stacked washer and dryer
- Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Loft: Twin size daybed

- Kitchen: Fully stocked with stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and more

- Carport: Parking for 1 car (not a truck or large SUV) and parking pass for second vehicle

Tahoe Donner Amenities:
As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
