Lake House

We have stayed in a wide variety of special places, but never anything like The Lake house. We were a 4 generation family and there was something special for everyone. My Chef son was especially happy with the well appointed kitchen. Not good weather, but it didn't matter. This is truly an exceptional place and we will be going back.

Our family LOVES the Lake House managed by Bloomer Estates. It is the perfect place for our family to play, rest, and recharge. Bloomer Estates were wonderful to work with. I mostly was in contact with Amber. She was easy to reach, very accommodating, and super kind.

We loved how private the house was. The lake view was stunning, the house was fantastic- kids LOVED the theatre room, so much space to spread out or to be together. Game room was a hit, and the kitchen was well stocked for my chef husband and his best friend to cook for us. Also loved that is was dog friendly. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

The Lake House is even better in person than it was in the pictures! So much space and really well maintained! We had 8 adults that stayed for 4 nights and we had a fantastic time staying home as well as exploring the area. The theater room was a highlight with comfy reclining chairs and a plethora of movies to pick from. The kitchen is super well stocked, and the bathrooms had all the toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap that we needed. I cannot recommend this property enough!The only downside was that the boats were not well maintained. They were obviously purchased and just plopped down without any care or covering. My dad, who is a kayak and canoe enthusiast, declined to use them due to their condition. It was a bummer since it was a big part of why we booked the property.However, everything else was amazing and we could overlook the boat issues. We had plenty to do otherwise!

- We rented the Lake House for a 1970 high school girlfriend weekend and to see the International Kite Festival. There were 12 of us that enjoyed the Lake House and everything it has to offer. It was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and just a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was fabulous and well equipped with a large dining table and bar stools that seated all of us together. We enjoyed the theater room that had tons of movies and comfy chairs to watch a couple of movies, used the hot tub one night and a couple gals enjoyed the lake too. It's a great place for a large group or a couple of families with kids too. The only suggestions I have to make it even better is to supply the linen closet with some washcloths, add a couple of paring knives to the kitchen drawer and sharpen the knives that are in the knife block! Small plastic containers would have been nice for leftovers too. All in all it was a five star experience! Bloomer estates was awesome at communication through the whole process! We loved the place. Plenty of room for the extended family to stay. We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the hot tub, game room, theatre room, and lake activities. Our toddlers enjoyed the sand box out back while we had a horseshoe tournament for the adults :). Our two labs also enjoyed the lake! This was perfect for our group, and close proximity to the beach and tourist activities.

Had a wonderful stay at one of the properties. Very clean and the owners were very attentive with lots of communication to ensure we were getting the best experience. We would 100% stay here again.

My family of 12...4 adults and 8 grandkids had a blast! The theatre room is a hit and the lake is beautiful! The house was plenty big enough and very clean! Thanks for everything!

We had a great family stay. The property is as advertised. There was so much room for everyone to spread out or be all together. There was plenty of outside yard space for games we brought as well as the horses shoe game provided. Everyone enjoyed the boats and some of the kids even swam in the lake. The property was in a great location, private but also a close drive into town or the beach for the activities our large group wanted to do. We had a great time and hope to book this property again in the future.

Had a fantastic stay here! Management was incredibly quick to respond and patiently answered all questions! No issues during stay and had a small (15 people) wedding reception in the gorgeous backyard. Everything was so clean and well stocked, would highly recommend to everyone! I'd be comfortable staying at any of their properties in the future!

We love Long Beach and we love the experience of staying with Bloomer Estates when we visit! The Lake House was a great home stocked with everything we needed (the paddle boat and horse shoes were GREAT fun!!) and the folks from Bloomer Estates were excellent as always. Loved watching the swallows swooping through the yard and the bald eagles soaring overhead and the frog chorus at night was spectacular.

Wonderful home on a gorgeous setting! We rented the Lake house and it was awesome! Very impressed with Bloomers. They did a fantastic job, will rent from them again for sure.

Sept. 30th, Bloomer Estates allowed me to host my wedding reception in the back yard of the Lake House. It was surreal! Plenty of space to host 60 people. Natural beauty of the backyard gave us the perfect backdrop to enjoy. The house was clean and spacious so that we could do prep inside, host the bridesmaids and their spouses, entertain the kids, and have relaxing evenings all together over the weekend.

and theater were highly utilized along with the large backyard. Would have used kayaks but our weather didn’t cooperate with that!

The home was more spacious and accommodating than I imagined.
Kids loved the bonus game area in the garage and would happily disappear there. The theater room was fun, as well as the covered back patio. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for everyone to feel comfortable.

The setting is wonderful and lends itself well to an overall relaxing experience.

The large house compliments the amazing location! A covered patio with a fireplace overlooks a huge back yard on the lake that is home to swans, otters, ducks and deer. Lots of parking is a bonus. The great room includes a huge well-appointed kitchen with a dining table that seats 12 and more seating at the bar, and plenty of living room seating for a large group.

This house was everything our large family was looking for over the holiday weekend. Spacious, clean, with great amenities. The kitchen is large and was great for all the cooking we did, and living areas and kid's play room were used by everyone and the bedroom/bathroom configurations and layout were perfect. As you can imagine the movie room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike! We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a wonderful five day EcoHeat company retreat at the Lake House. The home was well appointed and comfortable for ten guests. There was plenty to do in the home including a great movie collection, pool table, and simply sitting around visiting. Outside we enjoyed paddling around the lake, improved our horseshoe game, and relaxed by soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

The Lake House was a great house for our family get together. Great location, clean, fun on lake with paddle boat, canoe and kayaks and close to beach. House was spacious. Grandkids especially loved the play room. A couple of things - 1) It would be great to have a broom with more than a 24" handle, we would have swept the place more so the cleaning people would have less work (2) One night the smoke detector went off in one bedroom 4 times and the whole house once - at 3:00 a.m. Called rental agency, they called owner, couldn't figure it out. Brought out new batteries which we put in all detectors except the one in the laundry room. Two had problems with the new battery, but disconnected them for 5-10 minutes from electrical source and that seemed to take care of the problem. No more alarms. Would definitely recommend this place and, if staying in the area, would rent again.

This house is amazing! Large, clean, and amazing spaces. The view of the lake is gorgeous. My kids spent hours playing in the sand pile next to the house. After a year of no movies we really enjoyed the theater room. There was plenty of space for two families and the grandparents to spread out. This house has every we needed and a lot of fun extras that made our trip extra fun.

This is our 2nd year at The Lake House and it exceeded our expectations AGAIN! We love it here. Last year 16 of us didn't even push it to it's limits. Plenty of room, more than enough dishes/cutlery/pots/pans/towels, comfy beds, and that THEATER ROOM! It's my personal favorite! And a visit from the local bear(s)...oh my! We didn't see him/her but we heard 'em...loved every minute! The only problem? The "weekend" wasn't long enough!

We were all so pleased with our stay. It was exactly like the pics and description. We had a 3 year old and the rest were adults, we never had a dull moment. Something for everyone. We had friendly dogs visit from next door, took advantage of fishing on the lake, horseshoe, hot tubbing, fire pit and movie time. My grandson enjoyed the sand pit in the back. We only had one mishap with the outdoor fireplace and Kathy and Robbie were at the house right away. We have plans to be back!

We held our annual family gathering at the Lake House in January - It was perfect for a group of all ages. The game room has a pool table, game systems, and toys for smaller children. We had a great time watching movies together in the Theatre Room and everyone loved the hot tub. We even went canoeing on the lake - what a beautiful setting. It's also just a short walk to the ocean where we found 2 large vertebra from a whale!. So, even though we were there in the middle of winter, the Lake House offered so much to do, whether it was raining or not. We had one minor problem with the hot tub and contacted the management company and they had someone there in less than an hour. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

The kids and adults all had a fun and relaxing vacation. The house was beautiful, secluded, well provisioned with many inside and outside activities available. The entertainment room was fantastic!

The Lake House was perfect for our annual Girl’s Weekend! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, to gather together, or just do what we wanted. The Theater Room was the hit of the weekend for sure! What a fabulous bonus! The entire home was spotless with great attention to detail. I have stayed at many rental homes and this one rates at the top. Honorable mention being the kitchen...plenty of room for several cooks...and the abundance of utensils and cookware...PERFECT! Thank you for a wonderful weekend! We WILL be back next year!

My bother and I with some really dear friends meet in Long Beach for four days.. I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bloomer Estates! Kathy is so kind and goes above and beyond to help you ! We stayed 4 nights at the Lake Gouse and it was absolutely amazing really have nothing negative to say, all you need is food and some clothes. The house was it very well stocked with everything you would absolutely need, the movie room has over 400 movies we spent most of our nights on back porch with a fire. It was sooo relaxing, played pool, my bother loved the house so much he didn’t even want to leave to go to store lol
I hade trouble getting the TV to work in the game room, I called and left a message, about hour later Chris ( I believe that was his name ) come over and got it working he was so helpful! We will makes Blooming Estates our #1 go to for our vacation needs! If your are looking for no neighbors, quiet, restful home for vacation the Lake House, Will not disappoint!

Fourteen adults and three babies enjoyed this property immensely! It is tranquil and peaceful, yet close to town. House is so big, I actually had to wonder where people were! Teens LOVED theatre room and hot tub! My brother loved the kayaks and fishing...but be warned...those fish are happy and do not want to be caught! Fishing license, $46 dollars in lures and 3 days later he only caught 2 bass.
House was immaculately cleaned upon arrival, kitchen is large and had most everything we needed! Lots of extra blankets!
Bring fire wood and kindling and bug spray! Mosquitos are quite large and come out in evening! Outdoor fireplace is wonderful place to relax!
Bringing littles? High chair, pack n play and a huge amount of toys in game room!
Can’t recommend this place enough for large groups!

We stayed at the Lake House for 4 nights with our extended family. It was a perfect set up for a relaxing retreat. We enjoyed paddling on the lake and hanging out in the huge backyard. The movie theater and game room were put to use throughout the weekend. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook meals. Definitely one of the better rentals we've experienced! The only thing missing was beach towels - a trip to Costco could easily solve that.

The house is well furnished with plenty of amenities to keep your time occupied. Plenty of room to stretch your legs inside and out. Even with a dozen of us, there were moments where you felt like you were the only one there. Took the supplied canoe for a spin on the lake and it was great. The only two things I took note of were all the darts had broken tips and a small puddle of water appeared near the front of the dishwasher once. Beyond that, it really was a fantastic place to stay and we wish it hadn't end so soon.

Best vacation ever! Management #1. Responded quickly to every inquiry. The Lake House is everything described and beyond. Our family has so many beautiful memories from our stay here. Backyard fireplace for re-uniting family & friends. Theatre room for late night fun! The lake is peaceful & healing. Beds are perfect! Don't hesitate to come here. You will not be disappointed! Our family scheduled a beach vacation to begin our summer at the Lake House. The house was perfect for our group especially with the bunk beds for the six boys! The kitchen was well-equipped and there were tons of movies to watch in the theater. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and driving into town for dinner and activities. We also enjoyed an excursion to Cape Disappointment and the North Head Lighthouse. The Wi-fi was a bit sketchy but we didn't need to use it much and the hot tub was not useable as it had a foul odor. The property managers were awesome when we had a problem with one of the showers. They came out and had it fixed within an hour or so. Overall, we had a fabulous vacation and would recommend this location.

We had such great fun out on the lake in the provided kayaks, canoe, & pedal boat, incredible movie nights, lounging in the hot tub, playing pool, so on & so forth. Everyone from 13-62 was pleased. The two master suites was perfect. We will most definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house was perfect for the extended family to stay together and have plenty of room. Plenty of amenities so there was something of interest for everyone. Being on the lake gave that extra adventure for all to enjoy. Truly a well appointed home. We are already planning another trip next year. The only issue we had was the internet, cable conection was slow for streaming movies. But there are enough movies on hand so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Had a fun movie night. Highly recommend.

This lake house is absolutely beautiful the house sits on a lake and the beach is right across the street .this house is incredible it's very large it has a wonderful movie theater . They keep the property up very well. A very nice large yard . I love how big and spacious lots of bedrooms and an incredible patio with fireplace . I would definitely come again .

We have stayed here twice now with large, multiple families. It a great house. It has a ton of room, the movie room is amazing and will entertain both your teen and your toddler. The play room is huge and keeps the little ones entertained. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are good. We had an issue with the heat when we showed up and someone was sent out immediately to fix it. Also, this is a very secluded and quiet house. I loved sitting by the lake and reading without any city noise and going in the hot tub at night with no light pollution.

Awesome house, peaceful location along a lake, near the beach. It was a great get away weekend for our extended family. We will be back! Tthe host was very helpful when we thought we had an issue with the refrigerator. There was actually no issue, just a latch just a flap-latch on the door to keep it from closing all the way. We just needed to flip it shut and voila! It worked.

I rented the lake house for a birthday party. It was beautiful! The best place to have a vacation. The home was clean, and vibrant, The staff was accommodating with any requests. The movie room was such an extra treat! The kitchen was fully stocked wit utensils and necessities for cooking. Plenty of bathroom and towels for any number of guests. The game room was a huge hit with the kids
Would recommend this to anyone and will be renting it again myself!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at The Lake House. It was spotlessly clean, large, and spacious in beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the lake and the nearby ocean. You can actually drive onto the beach and step out of your car to enjoy the ocean!
We spent a lot of time at The Lake House relaxing, watching movies, playing games, and cooking delicious meals. The beds were great and lots of towels. We enjoyed the nearby communities. We highly recommend your renting this beach house.

The house was very private, high end, clean, and had a plethora of activities. The home theater was a treat, and the hot tub was new and very relaxing. The management company was very responsive, even when we had a bear visit the first night and get into the garbage (we were told this is a rarity). Afterwards they came every day to pick up the garbage so there would not be a repeat performance. The only complain I had was that one of the bathrooms had a slow drain/stained shower curtain and the towel rack did not stay on the wall. Otherwise, it was a perfect experience!

Booked the house for a family trip. It was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone! The only thing that could be improved is the wifi. Had someone that needed to do some school work but wasn't able to because of the slow wifi.

We rented the Lake House for a family reunion and to celebrate my Mom's 90th birthday. The house was beautifully appointed, well equipped and has a gorgeous setting on Lake Loomis. The property is secluded so worrying about noise with such a large group was not an issue. The game room and theater rooms are phenomieal! Also, the property managers were terrific to deal with. My only complaint is that the house is listed as sleeping 16 people. This is true if you have 8 children in the group since 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. With 16 adults in our group, the sleeping arrangements were less than desirable. In my opinion, the owners would be better served to put a queen bed in one of the bunk rooms instead. All in all, this is a great rental for a large group.

I've stayed in over 20 vacation rentals and this by far is my favorite. Very clean, private, cozy, and still close to the beach. This house has something for the whole family and they didn't forget anything. Hot tub was great and theater room was so cool was tons of movies. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental.

We loved this house and the location! Very private and beautiful home. So much to do with the in-home theater and separate game room. It was very clean inside. We loved taking to boats out on the lake.
