Kaanapali Royal P301 is a sizeable 1,400 sq ft condo boasting some of the finest ocean views on the property. Perfectly situated overlooking the 16th tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course, and towards the Pacific Ocean, this graciously sized 2-bedroom 2 bath unit is the perfect place to call home during your stay.
Each bedroom features a King bed, and an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in, glass showers! The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, lots of storage and organizational space, and an oversized granite countertop for prepping. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a Queen sleeper sofa. This property offers a pool and spa area. Two also offer a pool and spa area and two full-sized tennis courts, within walking distance to the shopping and dining at Whaler s Village and world-famous Kaanapali Beach.
Friendly reminder, the front desk will collect a $154 fee upon arrival. Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $305.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
