Island Time is a spacious updated 3bed/2bath half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach.
This is an Ellison half duplex located in Key Colony Beach. The is an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining and living room. The living room overlooks the canal. The kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and has large counters plus breakfast bar.
The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed plus an en suite bathroom. The master bathroom features double sinks and large walk in shower. The first guest bedroom (off the living room) will have a two full beds, and the second guest bedroom will have a queen bed. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo, located in the hallway.
From the dock, you have the chance to see manatee's, rays, jellyfish and so much more! This home also comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club!
Amenities will include: TVs, Wifi, Cable/Satelite, dockage, bait freezer, cabana club pool, linens provided, gas grill, lounge chairs, & so much more
This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. CITY OF KEY COLONY BEACH ONLY ALLOWS FOR ONE TRAILER AT A RENTAL PROPERTY.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Very clean, everything was as pictured on website. Very nice inside and out. Dock was great for our boat. Location was good. Enjoyed the cabana club several times. Bed was firm in master which I liked but my wife did not. Kitchen was very well stocked. Bait freezer was great to have. Overall a great unit, a great rental company to work with at a fair price. Key Colony Beach is a fantastic area in the keys! Plenty to do and see. We will be back.
