Located in the prestigious guard gated community of Terres Basses, the “French Lowlands”, the villa is nestled on a slightly elevated lush, 2 acre lot and offers gorgeous panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets!
El Grande Azure is a magnificent construction with a massive open floor plan offering plenty of comfortable seating arrangements, billiard table, a large dining table, and massive kitchen island. The décor is whimsical, modern, and fun with Object d ’Art from all over the world with an emphasis on the animal kingdom. The entire living area opens to an expansive terrace offering more seating and a well equipped outdoor kitchen with two 48” gas BBQ grills, burners, and ice maker.
The ultra-modern kitchen is very well equipped with 2 large Refrigerators, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender, Toaster, Ice Machine, Oven, Expresso Machine, and many other utensils, and has a massive island with seating for 9 persons. There is also a living area set up on the covered terrace for lounging. The entire villa offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea.
The property offers 5 bedrooms, each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have an interior access and the 5th bedroom is in an independent bungalow with kitchen. 3 bedrooms are on the pool/terrace level.
