Sip a margarita and relax while enjoing the spectacular view from the upper deck which overlooks Key Colony Beach. Easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and close to Vaca Cut and the Gulf of Mexico.
This property sits on an oversized lot with a 50 foot dock, with plenty of room to dock your boat and park your trailer and vehicles. Extras include fish station, cable, high speed internet, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas barbeque grill, central air conditioning. Downstairs game room with pool table. No smoking, no pets. Margaritaville (Key West) is a scenic 50 mile drive away. This is the perfect place for your Keys parrot-dise vacation! This property has access to Cabana Club!
This property can hold up to 4 vehicles, if bringing a trailer then 3 vehicles and a trailer will fit. No rvs, motorhomes or campers allowed. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property can accommodate more than one boat for an additional fee. This property allows one boat and one trailer.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Love Fins to the Left! The views are absolutely amazing! Everything you need is right here! Great dock for fishing and plenty of room for your boat. You also have plenty of parking on property for cars and trailers. Easy access out to Atlantic and short ride to the Gulf side. Close to everything fun in Marathon. Well definitely be back!

We love Fins to the Left. The view is amazing and there is almost always something biting at the dock. Last year we caught a 22" Cubera snapper off the dock and this year we caught 22 mangrove snapper in less than 2 hours. Plus we saw a family of 5 manatees swimming past the house.

We truly enjoyed the stay, from watching the Eagle Rays about every day from the deck, to the Manatees, even Porpoise (flipper) were down in front one day. Watching the Tides change, didn't know the rise and fall was that much in the keys. By using the post in front and the direction of flow at the bridge we didn't need the usual tide charts. Ok, enough of nature, the house was great, great layout, the deck was fantastic, great clean property.

This was our third year at Fins to the Left and it was amazing. We are so grateful that Cabana Club access was added; it was over the top. We lucked out on perfect weather and fished the Marathon humps 3 times where we caught a 33-pound black fin tuna. It was the best trip ever! We are definitely coming back here next year!

Every thing was perfect for our vacation. There was plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We loved the king sized bed in the master and we loved the extra pillows. The bathrooms were great both had showers and tubs. Linen and towels were a plenty, and the washer and dryer made things easy to keep clean. The master had double sinks, so no fighting for the mirror. The full size kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The TV and interned access kept us updated with the news and cold weather reports from up north. We laughed about all the folks freezing in Ohio. The home was gated with ample parking. We utilized the 40 foot boat dock with a rental all week. We were out to Sea daily. Fins to the Left was just the best vacation we ever had. The home made the difference.
