Pride of ownership is immediately evident in this newly remodeled sound view home. BRAND NEW HEATED POOL (Heating of the pool can be done at an additional cost of $85/day.) This home offers beautiful high end finishes which contribute to the wow factor. You will think you have entered lifestyles of the rich and important when you walk into this home. You enter into the living area, dining area and kitchen which are combined and offer lots of space for the family to congregate. Whether you’re cooking, dining, or watching a ball game on the large wall mounted television you will find the space to be a delightful departure from the ordinary. With lots of windows the space is bright and airy and offers island views in all directions. Don't leave Fido behind! You're four-legged family member is welcome to stay too (with non-refundable pet fee).
There are two bedrooms on the main level which shares an updated bathroom with the common areas. One of the main level bedrooms has a queen over queen bunk bed and the other has a single queen bed. There is a nice porch off the living area of the main level as well as a small balcony on the rear of this level.
The primary bedroom is at the front of the home on the top floor with a king bed and luxurious en suite bath. This bedroom also has a private sound facing deck. The second bedroom on the top floor is at the rear of the home. This bedroom has a queen bed, en suite bath and small private balcony.

The chairs and bar stools are not super kid friendly but everything was pretty.

We loved our time @ 1704 Ensenada Uno. 8 of us spent a week in Pensacola Beach. The house is very comfortable, well designed and equipped to spend time together. It is located on a quiet neighborhood in a lovely cul-de-sac. The pictures clearly represent the effort and caring put to ensure you have a good time. The sound views from the front were relaxing, and the beach, just 2 blocks away, was amazing. Crystal clear water and endless white sand dunes. What else can you ask for? This is now one of our favorites spots on the Emerald Coast! The house has beach chairs and toys, beach towels, coolers and a wagon if needed, which made it very convenient and something less to worry about to just enjoy our time at the beach. There was also a charcoal grill for burgers, hotdogs or steaks. If you want to dine out, local restaurants and bars are a short drive away or you can even hoop on the free trolley which runs from 4pm to midnight. Paradise Beach Homes offers free nights or discounts to make your stay even more pleasant! All in all, you will like the house, enjoy the area and love the price! My family really enjoyed our stay at Ensanada Uno 1704. My husband and I took our 2 teen boys and a few of their friends for a week at the beach. Unfortunately, it rained (POURED) every day we were there. But, the few times we were able to get out, we loved the proximity to the beach and the sound. It was a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and a quick walk across the street to the beach.
The house was great for us, we had a total of 2 adults and 6 teens. The living space was comfortable and the kitchen beautiful as well as fully stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc.
The house is remodeled and furnishings are all new- which made the stay even better.
We definitely recommend this home for any beach goer- rainy days and all.

Upon arrival, we were met with a flood in the driveway. We were told there was heavy rain several hours before our arrival. So, beware if it's raining. The picture and description were totally accurate. The property was maintained and clean when we arrived. The management was quite helpful. They gave us information on fishing requirements. I would recommend this property. We found the Trolley quite helpful. It is from 4:00 p.m.-12:00 a.m. You can park your vehicle, get on the trolley, go to dinner, go to the beach on the boardwalk. Access to the beach was within walking distance.

Had a good trip with two families with kids. Only issue was intermittent issues with wifi, but nothing major enough to warrant knocking the review down to 4 stars, just something to note if you are planning to work remotely from here.
