Dolphin Harbor unit 1-B is a luxurious, spacious, ground level condo. This three-bedroom, three-bath unit has been meticulously maintained and professionally decorated with an elegant, coastal-contemporary design. The open living area is complete with a large sectional couch and a 65 inch HD-TV. From the living area, guests will enjoy fantastic views of the pool and Ole River. The kitchen features stainless appliances and granite counters. Other features include hardwood flooring throughout, a wet bar with a stand-alone ice maker, dining table with seating for six (plus four more at the breakfast bar), and wifi.

The master bedroom features water views, patio access, and a king bed. The master bath features double vanity, walk-in shower, jet tub, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a captain's bed (full bed on bottom with twin bed on top) plus a bunk bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms include flat-screen TV's. Making use of the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit will comfortably sleep 10.

Dolphin Harbor is 8/10 of a mile west of the Flora-Bama, a world-famous beach bar and local attraction enjoyed by visitors of all ages. This ideal location is near all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment options that Orange Beach has to offer.

We welcome and encourage you to bring along the boat or wave runner but you will NOT be allowed to park any trailers on the property. If you plan to bring such item, you will need to find a short-term parking area for such items.
