Quite possibly the cutest, coziest suite in all of Park City, Carriage House 328 is a perfectly located place to call home in the mountains. Incredibly well-designed to feel both luxurious and efficient, guests of Carriage House 328 will marvel at the thoughtful layout of this home as well as the clever use of a smaller space.
The main area of the suite is both the living space and the bedroom. Featuring an easy-to-operate and super-comfortable Murphy bed, this classic bed design folds down in the evenings for a restful night’s sleep, then smoothly folds up during the day to make room for a living area.
When not in use, the Murphy bed elegantly hides away and leaves you free to relax with a glass of wine on the velvety-soft sofa and curl up with a great movie on the large HDTV. Classic mountain decor adds a perfect touch of mountain cabin charm, and a sliding glass door gives access to the bright and sunny patio area.
In the kitchenette, dramatic black cabinets are topped with a unique stone tile. Here you’ll find a compact refrigerator, a microwave oven, a two-burner stove top, a toaster, a crockpot, a coffee maker, and a sink. Both the stove top and the sink have custom wooden covers that easily add to the usable counter space. There’s also a bistro dining table for two both inside and outside on the patio.
Around the corner lies the full bathroom, complete with a granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.
The complex offers an outdoor, heated pool (summer), an indoor hot tub (year-round), and laundry facilities. This is a very affordable option for a great condo in a Perfect Location!
The coveted Carriage House community is located in the popular Prospector Square area of downtown Park City and is only a short, enjoyable stroll away from award-winning restaurants, great shopping, local businesses, and all of the annual Sundance Film Festival venues— including the Eccles Performing Arts Center. Carriage House 328 is also less than a 5-minute drive from Park City’s Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort.

Sundance 2024 trip
by Chelsea M.I was in town for Sundance 2024. This spot was reasonably priced for the usual rates at that time of year! It was super convenient to jump on the shuttles & be on Main St & the theaters in 15-ish mins. The area is also much quieter than Main St, so it's a nice reprieve after a day of running around. Moose staff was also swift to respond to any communication. I'd book again!
