DESCRIPTION
Celebrity Estate is a resort-style multi-million-dollar oceanfront mansion perched on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla, California. This property lives like a resort but is all within a private home.

At over 9,000sq. ft. this vacation rental home is truly the perfect place to stay with amenities such as an oceanfront swimming pool and hot tub, fire pit, movie theater, a gym with a dry sauna, a game room, an in-home elevator, and don’t miss the pickle-ball court on the rooftop with 360-degree views of the ocean and coastal San Diego. Thanks to southern California’s near-constant sunshine, you can enjoy the villa’s outdoor heated pool, multiple lounge areas, and heated hot tub - all year around. There’s even a street-legal golf cart is included with the home for easy village & beach access and a quick trip to the neighborhood coffee roaster or grocery store. This oceanfront vacation rental has it all and was even the setting for one of Hollywood’s longest-running reality TV shows.

The home features 2 living rooms, a 12-seat dining room, a 6-seat dining nook, and 2 fully stocked kitchens (one on the upper level and the 2nd on the middle floor near the swimming pool area for beer, wine, and snacks) with Viking Professional appliances.

There are 2 master king bedrooms, each with ocean views, a large flat-screen TV, en-suite baths, and one with a fireplace. There is a 3rd king bedroom with a seating nook and en-suite bath. There are also two queen bedrooms – one with an en-suite bath and a second on the first level with a separate bath with a walk-in shower.

The 6th and 8th bedrooms have separate entrances and will be perfect for grown kids/teenagers, the nanny, or anyone who wants a more private space. It will sleep 4 with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. The 7th bedroom is a full-size gym and has a Murphy bed and a full bathroom – perfect for the teenagers in the group. The 8th bedroom has new bunk beds with memory-foam mattresses and sliding-door access to the swimming pool and hot tub.

There is a full, in-home laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use and garage parking for 3 cars, driveway parking, and ample street parking in front. The beach can be accessed at nearby Tourmaline Surfing Beach or during low tide, by walking a few minutes north, to the beach access stairway near the corner of Chelsea Street and Sea Ridge Drive.

This vacation rental home is in a premiere location just north of Pacific Beach within the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla. Close to the Village and La Jolla Cove and within 30 minutes of all of San Diego’s most popular attractions.

The San Diego short-term rental noise ordinance is strictly enforced. Complaints will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and possible eviction.

This home is managed by the homeowner. Bluewater will facilitate the booking process and connect guests directly to the home manager to handle check-in and concierge services.

Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. All occupants and use of the home must be approved by management, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.

Amazing!

The location and views are amazing! Short walk down to the beach and so fun to watch the surfers every morning (from multiple decks!). There was so much inside and outside of the home to keep everyone entertained and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our large group and then some. We would recommend this place to anyone considering it. You will not be disappointed!
