Casa De Tiki is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom half duplex just up the road from the beautiful Sombrero Beach. Step inside to discover a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ready to accommodate all your culinary endeavors.
Downstairs, a comfortable queen bedroom awaits, complemented by a convenient adjacent bathroom. Journey upstairs to find the luxurious master suite, complete with a king bed and en suite bathroom for added privacy and relaxation. Two additional tastefully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full (double) bed, share a well-appointed full bathroom in the hallway.
Outside, the allure of Casa De Tiki beckons with its inviting heated pool, perfect for leisurely afternoons spent soaking up the Florida sunshine. Pool heat is included in cost and is on from November to April. Take advantage of the complimentary paddle boards to explore the nearby canals or simply unwind by the water's edge. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of the private docking area, allowing for easy access to the water and the opportunity to clean your catch right on site.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
