The subdivision amenities include a community pool and a small fishing pier on Little Lagoon. Blue Lagoon #129 is the perfect beach home for the entire family. This spacious, 2500 square foot, 2-story home sits on pilings with parking for 4 underneath. The common area is located on the second level and features an open living area and kitchen, a separate dining room, a half-bath, and the master suite. The dining table includes seating for 8 plus 3 at the kitchen bar. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, granite counters, and a side-by-side, stainless steel refrigerator. The living area consists of a couch, love seat, two chairs, a large flat screen Apple TV, and balcony access. The common area has tile throughout. Other features include a washer, dryer, WiFi, and 4 amazing balconies. The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, balcony access, TV, and a private bath. The large master bath features a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and a large jet tub. The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second living level (3rd floor). Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a private bath. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed with two twin-sized beds. Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed with two full-sized beds and a Roku smart TV. Every bedroom has access to a balcony. This home can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 12 being the maximum occupancy. This home has 3 total TV's. Two are smart TV's. There is no cable but all of the TV's get most local channels through an over-the-air antenna. This home will allow one pet for an additional non-refundable fee of $200.
