A new and modern, fully equipped Kitchen / Family room with sliding doors on both sides that open to the spacious screen porch and dinning area for 10. The Full Sized Barbecue is right outside the Screen porch. All interior areas come with Air Conditioning and WIFI. There is Internet ready T.V. in the Kitchen and Porch area and Washer & Dryer available for guests. All the non motorized water sports equipment and beach equipment is included.
