The view of the sunrise in the morning from the master bedroom was just exquisite. The management team went out of their way to work with a local vendor to create a custom fruit basket for us with some very specific requests - and they nailed it. The cabin was immaculate and everything was just about as perfect as it could have been!

Me and My wife came to celebrate our honeymoon and the unfortunately the the jetted tub wasn't working properly. That really upset my wife because that was the main reasons we chose this cabin.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

This cabin did not disappoint in any way. Upon arrival, we found it to be very clean, well maintained, and well stocked with common household items. There are board games, dvds, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare practically any meal. The cabin is spacious yet cozy, and the view at the back is just amazing. Quiet and private (secluded) location. Not even a minor complaints, just a perfect experience!

We loved the cabin and privacy. The view was wonderful and the bed was great too. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The roads were pretty bad to access the unit. The garden tub had a ring in it. The cleaning person came back though to freshen it up. The hot water for the garden tub was not enough. Plenty of hot water for showers though. I also wish fire wood would have been provided. I missed that in the information, or I would have brought some. Overall it was a great place.

Bella Vista was the perfect location and size for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. Due to weather we stayed at the cabin all weekend, but the amenities were perfect and we didn’t need to leave for anything once we got there! Everything is clean and well taken care of, and they even gave us a courtesy call to check in. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The cabin is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! It was great to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the king-size bed! The kitchen had all of the needed items and it was a cozy get-away for two. I would definitely rent this cabin again. The house was exactly as advertised. Very clean, bed was comfortable. Hot tub temp was great. Plenty of towels. Kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking accessories for our needs.

Only downside was the downstairs was cold and the thermostat was not 2 zoned so upstairs would have to be very warm for downstairs to be more climate controlled.

Celebrated my wife's birthday and it was well worth it. Minus small issue with the indoor/outdoor tub jets not all working properly (which I'm sure will be corrected). My wife and I enjoyed the peace and quiet, amazing sunset, scenery, and seclusion. The home is very nice and pictures don't do it justice. We just wish we could've had more time. Overall 5-star stay!

We visit every year and LOVE this cabin. It's remote and no-one close by so we can enjoy each other and nature without others around. The hot tub needs a bit of maintenance as not all the jets work anymore when they did last year and the filter randomly pops out but overall wonderful experience. The tub in the bedroom also is a bit complicated and you can't fill it with hot water at one time so you have to fill it in parts and sometimes takes over 30 minutes to get enough hot water in there so you can run the jets. Not all the jets work anymore either but we didn't care too much. Then we couldn't figure out how to work the waterfall function of the tub and the temp regulator doesn't work either. Buttons do nothing. We did notice on this last trip that the housekeeper had dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival. This is a special place to us, just needs some TLC from the owners and would be perfect.

Was very private and intimate spot. Would like to come in the fall to see the trees turning. All was in good repair except the hot tub and jetted tub needed 1/2 the jets working. Would stay again.

First of all I’d like to start with the view. Absolutely fantastic. The cabin was ultra clean. No cobwebs. Nothing. All the bedding was fresh smell and soft. The view from the bedroom and the game room downstairs was a beautiful view of the mountains. The rental company was fantastic. Called before check in on us after check in to make sure everything was ok. Called the next day after we reported an issue with the door lock. Fantastic and can’t wait to work with them again.

Samantha was our vacation planner. She was very patient & helpful.
After hearing our preferences, she suggested we would enjoy Bella Vista. My husband and I wanted a much- needed fall mountain siesta/my belated birthday celebration. The cabin was beautiful, with knotty pine accents. It was clearly our most favorite cabin, yet. I had not ever seen such a fully stocked kitchen in any cabin before!! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and hot tub after some long mountain hikes. We met in Tallulah Gorge State Park with friends, went to Helen with friends, did some wineries, ate some great food at the local restaurants as well as cooked breakfast in the cabin. This cabin is amenity rich, clean and very private. We loved leaf peeping, bunny and deer watching in the AMs-yes, we saw many! The only regret we had is that we only booked 4 nights instead of 7!! We would love to return and plan to hopefully next fall.

This was the second trip for me and my wife. We love it and will return. The view is wonderful. I'm an early riser and the downstairs allowed me to watch TV or work while my wife slept upstairs. The unit was very clean. Short trip to Helen. We received a call from management to make sure everything was all right. It was. I hate to say that I would recommend the cabin to a friend, because we want it available when we want to return.

This cabin did not disappoint one bit. We had everything we needed that we did not leave the property once we were fully settled in on Friday night. The cleaning was really good as well. You should stay here if you want to let all of your day to day life slip away from you.

We loved the cabin. It had a nice homey feeling and a beautiful view. My only complaint would be that the rental company had the thermostat locked at 68 degrees witch is cold in my opinion to begin with but over night the temp outside dropped and the heat was unable to keep up. We woke up to the cabin at 62 degrees inside. The only thing the rental provided was a small space heater witch did nothing to knock off the cold mornings. So if your cold natured this cabin is not for you in the winter.

The cabin was exactly as described and very beautiful views. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only issue we really encountered was with someone who lived in the area. We did feel that this cabin was secluded but when we returned from a visit to Helen we came back to man sitting on our back porch and he claims he comes and sits there quite often. He did not seem to care that anyone was staying there. Ruined our vacation from that point on.

This cabin was the best! Very secluded with an AMAZING VIEW! Amenities were absolutely first-rate - satellite TV, pool table, vibrating chair, games, movies, etc. Very convenient to Helen, Cleveland and Dahlonega. Saw a herd of deer in front yard the 1st morning there. The staff at Georgia Mountain Cabins were extremely friendly and communicative.
Suggestion for improvement - the road leading to the cabin was somewhat difficult to travel. We had a Chevy Blazer and was still a bit of a challenge.

I have rented many cabins/houses in North GA and this one is by far my favorite. Beautiful scenic views. Very secluded, but easy drive to local attractions. Loved the layout of the house. I would love to visit during a snowstorm. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall stay here was very enjoyable. It had everything needed to help enjoy our vacation away from home. Appearance was very presentable. The outside could use a little TLC yard needed to be cut and some cobwebs from the porch could be removed. The cabin overall cleanness was spot on expect for finding a mask behind a night stand while plugging in our charging cords for our phones. My wife and I enjoyed our stay we saw great scenes outside the windows (Bunnies, Deer, Sunsets, Sunrise and Mountains). We would highly recommend this stay to anyone who may ask. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stay was perfect. Cabin was clean and comfortable. HVAC worked very well. Ice maker worked. Magnificent view. Great walk around porch. A bit of a steep driveway, but it is the mountains. Cabin was everything advertised. We would stay at Bella Vista again.

This was easily one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at/seen in Cleveland. I’ve been traveling to the white county area for years because of family living there and had absolutely no idea something like this was there, the cabin was beautiful along with the view, the location was absolutely perfect, 15 minutes from Walmart and Helen, 5 minutes down the road from a dollar general. Only thing I'll say about it is if you decide to stay here, I recommend bringing a vehicle with a little ground clearance as the drive way is pretty steep.

First of all BIG shout out to Joe, of GA Mountain Rentals who came to our rescue when we got stuck in a hole just before we arrived. It was after hours but he pulled us out with his own truck, took us to our rental,and was such a nice guy!Great cabin,very private with mountain views. Well appointed and clean. Jacuzzi, hot tub, pool table, many games and movies. Nice fire pit with chairs out back.Lots of great places to visit nearby.Anna Ruby Falls was beautiful and gave us a chance to get in a good hike too. Also enjoyed several scenic mountain drives and a walking tour through the shops of Helen. Great steak at Cowboys and Angels there, and great burgers,fries shakes and salads at the Soda Fountain Cafe in Cleveland. Just the retreat we needed!
