The second bedroom has 1 Queen with a private en-suite bath and private gulf front balcony access. Sleeps 2. The third bedroom has Queen and a Full daybed. Sleeps 4. Guest bath in hallway area. This level of the home sleeps a total of 12.

The second bedroom is located on the north side of the home and has 1 King suite with a guest bath in the hallway and a Twin daybed. Sleeps 3. This level of the home sleeps a total of 7.

I couldn’t have picked a better location for our wedding. The place and view was beautiful. We had the whole bridal party stay along with some family and everyone enjoyed the whole weekend. There’s a reason some of the local vendors know this as the “wedding” house.

Our group has been coming to the Florida beaches for years and this house was one of the best we have ever stayed in!!! The access to the beach simply can't be beat and the pool area is unbelievable!!! The house itself was so nice and clean and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. Paradise Beach Homes employees were all phenomenal!! From our initial booking, to the many questions I had, to our booking already for next year...every single person I came in contact with was absolutely great!! Wonderful home to help make a perfect vacation.! We had 4 families that slept comfortably. The views are spectacular! The back porch and swimming pool were the best! The entire house was beautifully decorated and even more importantly had comfortable furniture inside and out! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Can’t say enough good things. Heather at Paradise Rentals and the owners of the house worked well with us, helping to make this our yearly destination. Thank you for a great vacation!

Easy, fun, all inclusive, beach beach beach. We so enjoyed our visit from the ridiculously gorgeous view of the Gulf, to the full amenities kitchen to the heated outdoor pool. The immense back porch has stunning gulf views and access to the water is a breeze.

We had a great time. There were 8 adults and 9 kids 12 and under and we had plenty of space. The house couldn't have gotten closer to the beach! The house itself was beautiful inside with two dishwashers and two stoves, which was super handy!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home celebrating my father in-laws birthday. We had guest ranging in age from 10 weeks to 85 and everyone was comfortable. It was a cold weekend, but we were still able to walk the beach which was right outside our doors and use the heated swimming pool. The beautiful well stocked kitchen was a plus.

It was awesome. We had an issue with the pool which was taken care of immediately. Excellent customer service. Pictures don't do justice to the kind of experience we had. I would recommend to update pictures as the home has so many upgrades. We had a wonderful time. Kids has a blast. We wished it was pet friendly that could have made our Christmas even more special.

Amazing! Beyond what we expected- when we first walked into the main living area we were surprised by the open views of the Gulf. There were 24 of us: 10 adults and 14 grandchildren ranging in age from 3 yr to 17 yr. We quickly worked out the bedrooms situation. We all enjoyed preparing meals in the well equipped kitchen and the seating was very comfortable. We loved the huge deck and hung out there a lot. It was a quick, private walk to the beach which was so convenient. We pretty much stayed put and delighted in God’s beautiful creation before us- whether the sea life or the immense fun with the boogie boards and paddle board. In the evenings, we relaxed on the comfortable deck, connecting, sharing, laughing. The kids had a lot of fun in the big living room playing different games. One night the teens babysat and the 10 of us went to The Grand Marlin for delicious seafood. The only other time we ate out was the Sunday morning after we checked out we went to Crabs for breakfast which was a better way to say goodbye to everyone- some went to the airport for flights back to NY, others driving back to Ohio and the rest of us were local-Pensacola and Gulf Breeze. Forever grateful to the Lord Jesus for His amazing gift to our family, much prayer went into the planning of this vacation and prayer sustained us throughout the week. I loved everything about this amazing home. It was the perfect place to marry the love of my life and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Spectacular location directly on the Gulf with wooden walk-over to the beach was perfect for our big family who traveled in from all over the country. We cooked most of the time in the large, well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating both inside or out. The new grill, large capacity washer & dryer were much appreciated too. This property is not new, but offered a comfortable, beach lovers atmosphere for everyone. The downstairs bedrooms and bath were a bit crowded with 8 adults, but we didn't spend much time there so it worked OK. We were also happy to find a walkover sidewalk to the Sound, where we picked up and dropped off folks wanting to enjoy our local boats. Special thanks to Paradise for helping us bring our family together for an extended stay! What an amazing time we had on Pensacola Beach!

Great stay this past weekend at 1304 Ariola, very nice house well appointed, fit our group perfectly. It was great working with the team at Paradise Rentals was very professional and they catered to our every need. When it was detemined that one of the downstairs AC units was not cooling, a service person was disspatched and the unit was changed out with in an hour. Thanks to all for making our trip a memorable one, we will be back. Thanks again. W. Cole

We booked this beautiful home months ago because we knew we might have as many as 14 family join us. The home was perfect and very roomy. Everyone enjoyed the home, the deck, the private walk to the beach and the incredible view. We hope to return in a year or two for another family reunion.

Excellent, Second time in this property, fourth time with Paridise rental
Property was exactly as described. We have several small children in our group. All adults were very happy with the access to the beach. The pool was used daily. We had no problems at all. Do not hesitate to put this property in your final list of options. Great Place and Great Accomodations.
