The home was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was good for cooking meals. The bedrooms and baths fit our needs perfectly. We were a group of mature active adults who found the location to be very convenient to all Helen had to offer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine Bear Trail. The cabin was well maintained and equipped, just as pictured and described. We had the best sleep ever! The booking company was so professional and provided plenty of details ahead of time. All was organized and detailed. I also appreciated their patience and assistance when we left phones locked inside twice. �� We we’re so thankful for whoever answered our distress calls all weekend ����

Clean! Comfortable! Everything you need for an amazing getaway!
Love that it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Well stocked! Hot tub on the back deck was a definite perk! Grill on the front porch was awesome, clean, and tools were provided. Plenty of space for a party of 6 adults.

Had a short weekend getaway with a few couples and stayed here. The location is super convenient to town and it was very clean. It was small and cozy but very nice. The space upstairs is very large (master) with 2 smaller bedrooms downstairs. The staff was wonderful to work with -answered all questions timely and professionally.

The Townhome was clean and exactly as described. The host's communication was great, they checked in with us after arrival to make sure all was good. Location was approximately 1 mile from downtown Helen, so we walked into town. There were restaurants and stores closer, but we wanted to experience Octoberfest in town. Very safe area, would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean. and decorated on trend. We loved the lot of Christmas tree when we first arrived. That made us instantly feel welcomed. We only used the kitchen, hot tub abs the bedroom upstairs. It was just 3 of us ....one is special needs. the place was perfect. Had everything we need.
we didn’t stay the night whole preplanned time because our son was not happy (autism and epilepsy)...So, we came back a day early. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5 stars

Very nice property. We were comfortable and location is close to all the activity in town. Sheets, extra pillows, kitchen is stocked (pots, pans, plates, cups); very little that you need to bring if you plan to stay in vs eat out all the time. TV in every room where there is no TV fights (when staying in). Will rent location again.

The house was clean with the exception of a bag of trash that was left in the closet from the previous guest. Property management was great and called back within minutes regarding the hot tub not working. Unfortunately for us, this occurred on the weekend and was not able to be fixed until Monday. Georgia Mtn rentals was quick to solve any issues and very courteous. The views are amazing and stores, mini golf, and resturaunt were all within a half mile of the rental. Perfect location for our family of 7.

My family and I stayed at Alpine Bear Trail in October, 2020. The property was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. Every bedroom had a king sized bed, which were comfortable. Georgia Mountain Rentals was very helpful, and even called us to alert us of severe weather that was expected, and brought us a flashlight in case the power went off. I would recommend this townhouse/cabin to a friend or relative. The only negative was that we could not get any network TV stations as the cable had been canceled. They did offer Netflix and Roku. No one in my party had a Netflix account.

This rental is in excellent condition, beautiful, functional, practical layout, and clean clean clean! Though it is in town it sits on the woods in the back with trees very near that you see right out the windows across the back - has a treehouse feel. AND I should include the beds were incredibly comfortable (2 King’s!) The people who run this agency are the best I’ve ever dealt with. We’ll be back!
