Great little cabin with everything we needed for a weekend away. Nice location with easy drive to downtown Helen and Cleveland. Comfortable bed and furniture. The Cabin was clean and easy to access. The Rental company checked on us several times. We would definitely stay here again.

Only concern was the heater in the cabin was loud. The dish soap and hand soap was water down and cabin has one ply toilet tissue. Other than that, great experience

Me and my (now fiancé) stayed here for 4 days and absolutely fell in love with this cabin. The hot tub is wonderful and easy to use, the bed is super comfortable, the fireplace was super useful. Will definitely stay again!

The rental lived upto it's description . Alone at last provided all the amenities promised along with the privacy and peaceful surroundings as expected. The maintenance crew went extra mile to unfreeze the frozen water pipe at short notice in the middle of a cold storm. Kudos to the team and would definitely return.

My wife and I had the best time. The accommodations were great and plenty of room for the two of us. We will definitely be back! It is far enough from town to where there is no traffic but close enough to get to attractions quickly.

Hot tub had a issue. Contacted the manager and it was fixed promptly. Furniture was clean but looked cobbled together from a garage sale. For the price the place could use some updates. Bring your own towels if you plan to stay more than a couple of days.

Thanks for the review! As property managers, it is helpful to have input from guests so rental owners better understand guest expectations. As for the towels, we do mention in the rental agreement that what is provided is a starter set. That said, had we known you were short, we would have brought more out for you. This was by far the best vacation my husband and I have had! The cabin is perfect for 2! The location was easy to get to. Our GPS took us right to the location. Not far from Helen. We spent majority of our time enjoying the cabin. The hot tub was amazing! The rental company was very friendly and made our stay a great experience. We loved it so much we extended our stay an extra day. We will definitely be back!

Great experience. Reservation, check in and check out were smooth and easy. Only negatives...wish the description was clearer about the bathroom being on the main floor only. Quirk...the roku remote would turn the air off anytime the up arrow was clicked. The lights in the hot tub were not functioning and neither were the twinkle lights on the screen porch.

Accesible warm-romantic cabin with all you can expect included.
Although it can improve in the cleaning, mainly the oven. With some small updates, it will be perfect.

not good. had to clean tub when we went to use it . only 2bath towels in cabin ,the hot tub was somewhat dirty . when we went to use tub the first night it leaked ito the kitchen , called for maintenance , was awhile before they came . they found problem and said it could not be fixed and not to use tub . they didnt say they would move us or anything !could not use fire place cause it was full of ashes and 2 old burnt logs .

Started great. Friendly people, great contact. Then, we arrived. Strong bad odor, we brought ionizer just in case. I knew it was dated, but that was an understatement, bathroom is old and moldy smelling. Furniture needs to be updated, especially bed and bedding..pillows and linen were terrible. It was anniversary wanted to make the best of it. Did, until my wife slipped on stairs..which were very slippery. She still has bruises, stairs need treads badly. Not sure when floors were cleaned last, my wife dropped water by fireplace and cleaned it up..paper towel was filthy. After my wife fell, trip took bad turn. Clean up the place and get new furniture.

I would suggest that you provide a towel and wash cloth for each day stay. We did bring extra towels as suggested. I would also suggest that detailed instructions be left for the operation of the tv. not everyone is tech savy. Cabin is very nice and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay

There was several things we were very unhappy with..you would think that someone would have called us to see what they could do to make things better before me leaving a bad review..but guess not so here goes 1. The bathroom was downstairs so every time you had to get up to use the bathroom you have to go downstairs to restroom, 2.The light above the bed kept flashing on and off,3.The roof starting leaking rain hitting us in our face while we were trying to sleep,we were staying 7 days & only had 2 rolls of toilet paper & 4 towels .sent a request for more to be brought & took 2 days to get it then they only brought enough for a few more days and we still had 4 days left. The jacuzzi tub was nasty with someone else's hair in it & when we turned the jets on blue & black scum was shooting out.The coffee pot was nasty & least update your coffee pot or at least bleach it! Needless to say we were very disappointed.

We liked a stay there. Only thing - mice on kitchen. We found mouse poop on counter top every morning. When I tried to use an oven, it was horrible small of mouse urine. We had this problem in our house too. It indicates that insulation of oven needs to be changed because mice used it as a restroom. If you don't use an oven, that's fine. You will not feel a small of mouse urine. Other thing - garbage b I n outside is very assesible for bears. Ribbon "lock" is not a problem for black bear. It took our bag with garbage and enjoyed it in forest nearby property. We ended up keeping garbage bin on porch to prevent 6 feet bear visits. Anyway overall stay isn't negative. Bad things happen, hope the management will take care about above mentioned issues.

Alone At Last was a nice, clean cabin. It had everything you may need for your stay. The cabin is in a great location that is very close to Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls. We even got to see 4 bears right outside of the cabin. The Staff is very friendly and called during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We will plan a stay again in the Fall.

My husband and I rented 'Alone at Last' for a weekend getaway. We were looking for privacy and that's just what we got! The cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub instantly melted away the stress we had accumulated from every day life. This was our first trip alone together in 7 years. The staff was friendly and professional with all of our encounters and provided detailed check-in and check-out information. The directions to the cabin were confusing because the navigation system recognized the wrong as Honeymoon Lane, the directions could be more specific knowing that this is what everyone will encounter. We were not the only ones going up and down the wrong road looking for our cabin trying to locate it before the sun went down. There was no way to reach anyone in the office for help. Once we figured it out we got ready to grill dinner but the condition of the propane grill completely changed our plan. The place is comfortable and has all that you need for a rustic getaway. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was a treat. Firewood was available for purchase very close to the cabin.

I visited this cabin by myself and it was perfect for just one person. Make no mistake- this cabin is small and not what I would call luxurious, but if you don't require central heat and air (there are wall units and a fireplace), a dishwasher, and a lot of "extras", then this is a good place for you. The location is convenient, and I spent a wonderful morning hiking just a short distance from the cabin. The hot tub was very nice and the bed in the loft was actually pretty comfortable. The rental company provided EXCELLENT customer service before, during, and after my stay.

We came to alone at atlast for our honeymoon. It was clean and convienient to Helen. There were plenty of towels and the hot tub was clean. The coms were there was no privacy when using the hot tub a family with young kids were on the cabin behind us and the kids played close to our deck. They really need to put up blinds or something. We also could not get the cabin cool enough at night and the bathroom is down stairs from the bed room. Not comvieniemt for night time potty visits. Over all it was ok. I normally use Airbnb. I just like the personal touch better than a regular rental.

This was an adorable and relaxing cottage. When we arrived everything was well cleaned, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were very sweet during the check-in and chec-out process and even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was to ur likely.-The bathtub was one of my favorite accommodations provided.- I would recommend this location and rental company, we will definitely be visiting again.

"Alone At Last" was great. Secluded, quiet and comfy! The road was a little rough, but OK. If you looked, you could see other cabins but we didn't hear anything from them. Very clean, well stocked and maintained. It was less than 10 minutes from downtown Helen. I would definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at a Georgia Mountain Rentals cabin. Their customer service is great, with timely communication and a call to check on how we were doing in the cabin on our second day. The cabin was clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, and cleaning supplies. We loved the screened patio with hot tub. This cabin is located in a very scenic area. In the evenings look for the fireflies. Overall, the stay in this cabin was relaxing and just what we needed. We will definitely be returning to other Georgia Mountain Rentals properties!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. There is very little storage space so I imagine it wouldn't be comfortable to spend longer than a week but for our stay it was perfect!

Alone At Last is a wonderful place to stay. The Cabin is less than 10 minutes from Downtown Helen and was very easy to find. The property was very clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again myself.

The cabin was very clean! The jacuzzi was a great plus and we loved that it was out on the screened porch. It was near other cabins, but distant enough where we had privacy. The ac worked really well and the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings. We were also only about 10 minutes from Helen which was convenient. Will definitely be using Georgia Mountain Rentals in the future.

The cabin itself was very nice, guiet and clean. We truly enjoyed our couple of days there. The only bad thing about it was the road to it. We drove our 350Z and the road has deep ruts, we scraped bottom in 2 places. So my advise is yes rent this cabin but bring a vehicle that has a little more clearance. Other than that we had a great time.

The cabin was wonderful, just big enough for the two of us. The owners were amazing, they called us prior to arrival to let us know we could check in as soon as we got into town and sent an email in the middle of our stay to check in and make sure everything was alright. The dirt road to the driveway is a bit rough and definitely would not be easy on a car with low ground effects, the driveway itself was perfectly smooth and had plenty of space to turn around.

Great little cabin! Really cute! Only 2 issues at all. 1st, the road in is in desperate need of repair. Almost completely washed out in one spot. We drive a Jeep so not a big deal for us but a compact car would have a tough time. 2nd,we didn't realize there was no restroom upstairs. Should have paid better attention when booking. Otherwise, wonderful vacation! We will be back! Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at "Alone at last" and plan on coming back next year. The cabin is secluded but close to Helen and "Famous Fred's". The Jacuzzi was the best jacuzzi of any cabin I have every stayed at. Definitely a cabin to come back to time and time again.

Cabin was as described. Very clean, secluded and the hot tub was amazing! The only real negative was the road to the cabin was very rough! Being a gravel road was not a problem, but there were HUGE ruts in the road so that if it had rained , would have made it hard to travel on. I have a 4wd truck so I could have negotiated it but for someone in a regular car it would have been a nightmare!

Overall our stay was great and we would go back again.

We had a wonderful time at the “Alone at Last” cabin on Honeymoon Lane. Linen was clean, everything worked, and the atmosphere was extremely cabin-like. Make sure to secure any garbage because they do have bears in the area. The cabin is tucked back from surrounding cabins which provides a sense of privacy. We will be renting again.

The rental process was smooth, the cabin was in excellent condition. I didn't find the firewood I'd ordered, simply called the office and they hand delivered and were super apologetic for something that wasn't even an inconvenience. Can't wait to go back!!
