Our kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils, and includes breakfast bar and separate dining area overlooking the spacious lanai and very private pool area. A gas BBQ grill is available on the lanai for your outdoor grilling needs.

The home has a king size bed in the master, queen size in the first guest room and two twin beds in the third bedroom with flat screen TV's in all. Everything you need to make this holiday home your favorite home away from home.

  This home was ideal for our annual reunion of three brothers. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the pool and lanai were an incredible place to chill and to eat. We would do it again. The only objection we had was to the very stringent and limiting requirements for cleaning before we left - a single towel per guest. On a departure day, a towel, washcloth, handtowel per guest, and dish towels should be considered OK to leave dirty.

  We had a great stay at this property. House was very clean and neat. We had all the necessities needed for our stay. Pool area was very nice and clean. Neighbors are very friendly. The location of the property is great. Your are close to everything in Naples. Kim and Nicole were wonderful. We had a little problem with the air conditioning and pool heater, but they took care of it right away.

  2013 was our second winter at this location in Naples. The home is very conveniently located...10 minutes to the beach, shopping, downtown. Big Cyprus, the Everglades, Marco Island, and Corkscrew Swamp are nearby (30 -45 minutes away). Thus, visitors can also enjoy birding and nature walks with a plethora of species to view...from endangered manatees to elusive Roseate Spoonbills. Briarwood is a lovely quiet community with well kept amenities such as a playground, tennis courts, 2pools, etc. We'll be coming back in 2014!

  Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Having a pool that was very private was absolutely wonerful. We rated the cleaning/maintenance a little low b/c sheets on one bed had not been changed. However, the check out instructions clearly state to remove the sheets from the beds that were used so the cleaning people know to change the sheets. I don't think that was done. Also the guest bathroom needed to be cleaned and there were a couple of small items broken. None of this caused to call anyone as we just dealt with it. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and reasonably priced too.

  We love coming to Naples. 1503 Vintage Lane is a beautiful house with all the features we needed. The pool/lanai was wonderful. Great neighbours all around us. Kim and Nicole helped us when our internet went down and even brought a filled propane tank! The BBQ still didn't work well and we had to curtail using it. More visits to fabulous restaurants! We will be returning for our fifth year in May 2013 and will certainly consider returning to this home.
